## Part two — scope narrative

The client wants the second floor brought onto the new access layer. Most of it
is straightforward: the open-plan area has existing drops and we only need to
re-terminate.

File Room printers on the second floor behind the cabinets ports A-1002B,
A-1003B, A-1004B. Those three will need the cabinets pulled out before anyone
can get to the faceplates — they are not on castors.

There is a small comms closet off the north stairwell. It was locked on the day
and the facilities contact did not have a key, so we could not confirm what is
terminated there. Assume it is in scope until somebody confirms otherwise.

Power in the File Room is on the same circuit as the copier. The client's own
electrician flagged it last year.

The reception desk position has moved since the drawings were issued. The drop
labelled A-1101 now sits behind the new joinery.
