# T03 downloads — Your Prompt Isn't Broken, It's Undesigned

Five files, in the order the session uses them.

1. `01_sample_scope.md` — the vendor document. Half form, half prose.
2. `02_target_template.md` — the rows your planning system wants.
3. `03_prompt_before.md` — the grown rules file, and exactly where it fights itself.
4. `04_prompt_after.md` — the classification, and the prompt that comes out of it.
5. `05_regression_set.md` — three documents and their known-correct answers.

Everything here runs on one chat assistant. No agents, no scripts, no new
licence. The lookup field is the only place a connector helps, and the design
works without one — you paste the rows that matter instead.

The afternoon: print your target, sort its fields into four columns, count what
is in the Interpret column, then go through it once more and ask which of those
your own system already knows. That number is the session, measured.
