Guillermo has spent more than twenty years running programs where scale and stakes were both enormous — at Google for a decade, at Cisco before that, and in large programs for Bank of America and Telefónica. Questions
When do we pay?
A working hour is paid in full when you book. For a problem session, a deposit when you book and the rest with the written recommendation. For standing advisory, each month's deposit starts the month, and the rest is due when that month's sessions and record are delivered.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Standing advisory is month to month. Each month ends with a choice: continue, change the hours, or stop.
How big does a business need to be?
Any size. The hour is the same whether it's you alone or a company of hundreds.
What if the advice turns into work?
Then it becomes a build or a round, each with its own price. You decide whether to do it with us, on your own, or not at all.
Can you come to us?
Yes, anywhere in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco or Hernando. Further away, we work live online.
What happens to what we tell you?
It stays with us and is used only for this work. Please don't share client, patient or legal records — we won't need them. On anything touching client or patient information, your attorney or privacy officer makes the call.
