If you know somebody who should talk to us

You are probably a bookkeeper, an accountant, a banker, an attorney, or somebody's most useful friend. You are deciding whether to put your name on an introduction. Here is everything you need to decide.

What to say we do

"They go in, figure out how the business actually runs, and tell you what to keep, what to fix, and what to stop paying for. Then they measure whether it worked."

That is it. You do not have to mention AI, and we would rather you didn't — it is one tool we use, not what we are.

Who to send

A business of roughly ten to a hundred people where the owner is still the person everything routes through.

Practices, firms, clinics, agencies, contractors — anyone whose real business is something other than technology.

Somebody who has a pile of symptoms and no idea who to call, because the problem sits between two vendors who both say their part is fine.

Somebody about to sign a technology proposal they cannot evaluate.

Who not to send

Anybody who needs a help desk, someone on call, or a monitoring contract. We do not do those and we will not pretend to. Send them to a good provider — we can name a few.

Anybody who wants a new product or platform built. We work on the systems you already run.

Anybody who wants a formal sign-off, an opinion signed, or somebody else to be the accountable party for a regulatory obligation. We drive to readiness; their attorney or privacy officer signs.

Anybody shopping on price alone. We will not be the lowest, and everyone's time is better spent knowing that early.

What happens to somebody you send

A conversation, not a pitch. Yadira usually.

If their front door is their business, the first thing is free: we time how long it takes their business to answer a stranger and send them one page. They keep it either way.

If they cannot point at one thing, the first thing is the Walkthrough — five to eight conversations over two weeks and a presentation at the end.

Nobody gets a proposal before we have seen the work, and we will tell them when something is not worth doing.

Will this embarrass you?

Fair question, and here is the honest answer. Anacay is early. We do not have a client list to show you and we are not going to invent one.

What Guillermo has is a twenty-five-year record set out in full with the evidence, and a method with a measurement at both ends. What Anacay has is nothing to sell anybody — no software, no commission, no reselling.

If it goes badly you will hear it from us before you hear it from them.

Send them here, or send them to us.
