Yadira Santos

Yadira leads Anacay's commercial engine: client development, partnerships, marketing and growth. She has owned and run businesses of her own for most of her working life — restaurants, and then a furniture business she ran for sixteen years — and built a technology sales career to Sales Director of a telecom's government division. That is why she is the one in the room when an owner is deciding whether to trust us.
Anacay is majority-owned and managed by Yadira. Women-owned, in structure and in practice.

Guillermo Martinez
Principal, Technology Investment Strategy and Delivery
Guillermo builds Anacay's method and delivers the work. Twenty-five years of turning complicated, mission-critical technology into governed, measurable business value — running a small company first, then capacity and cost attribution at global scale, regulatory obligations translated into operating processes, and AI operations built with guardrails.
By 2019 one of the functions he ran had been automated end to end and there was no manual work left in it. He was moved rather than replaced. That is the promise the practice makes, delivered once already as an outcome.
