What the site is
Information about Anacay LLC and how we work. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a contract. Where we name what something commonly costs in the market, that is somebody else's price, labeled with where it comes from, and it may be out of date.
Numbers on the site
Every figure is labeled as independent research, vendor data or your own measurement, with its source. If you find one that does not meet that standard, tell us and we will correct it.
Information, not advice
This website is published for information. We do not warrant that it is complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose, and it is provided as is.
Nothing on this site creates an advisory relationship, and nothing on it is legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice.
Where Anacay is engaged to perform work, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client. Any limitation of liability applies as set out in that agreement.
Our content
The words and diagrams on this site belong to Anacay LLC, and all rights are reserved, with one deliberate exception: the page for people who refer others to us may be copied, printed and forwarded freely. That is what it is for.
The photographs are the founders' own. We use no stock photography and no generated imagery, and we never will.

Where we link to someone else's site, we do not control it and are not responsible for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. The courts of Pinellas County, Florida, are the place for any dispute.
