What we cover
- How AI uses your email, calendar, documents and client system, through connectors and without code
- Four recipes: check your work, look it up and do it, plan then act, hand it off
- Hands-on build: one workflow per person, on their own work — for example, an incoming email becomes a summary, a task and a draft reply waiting for approval
- Where it breaks: bad inputs, loops and confident wrong answers, and how a stop rule and an approval step catch them
- Draw the map of what you built, and name its owner

One working workflow, a one-page map of it, and a named owner.
