Before your session, we contact your business the way a stranger would — the form, the phone during hours, the phone after hours, the email — and time what happens. The timings come with your written answer, on one page. If you fix anything within 90 days of your session, we time it again at no extra cost.

Do we need to prepare anything?
Five short questions by email beforehand. A line or two each is enough.
Can you come to us?
Yes, anywhere in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco or Hernando. Or we meet on video.
What if you don't find anything worth doing?
Then the written answer says so, and why. That is a real possible outcome.
What happens to what we tell you?
It stays with us and is used only for your answer. Please don't share client, patient or legal records — we won't need them.
Is this just about ChatGPT?
No. It is about your week. The answer might be a tool you already pay for, a setting nobody switched on, or nothing at all.
We have more than 25 people. Can we still do this?
Yes. Tell us roughly how many, and we'll quote it before anything starts.
