For teams of up to 25 people

Multiply What Works

Your best AI work is already in the building. We find it, give it an owner, and multiply it across your team.

Tell us about your team

What one person figured out becomes everyone's.

We find it, write it down, credit them, and teach it to the rest.

Why it's already yours

Somewhere in your business, someone has already figured it out: a shortcut, a saved prompt, an automation, a better way to hand work to the next person. Usually it lives in one person's head, or in one person's account.

Everyone else is still doing it the long way. The fastest gain isn't a new tool. It's taking what already works and putting it in every hand.

How a round works

One round, six steps.

  1. Find
  2. Understand
  3. Own
  4. Spread
  5. Extend
  6. Look again
  1. Find — the tools, workflows, automations and handoffs your people already use
  2. Understand — sit with the people who built them, and learn how they do it
  3. Own — written down, moved into the business's own accounts, with a named owner
  4. Spread — everyone shown how, on their own work
  5. Extend — automate what's proven
  6. Look again — what moved, and what's new

Looking again is how you know it multiplied.

Your best becomes everyone's starting point.

Example

Before

After

A few people far ahead and most behind becomes everyone higher, with the gap smaller.

What we look for

  • Shortcuts and saved prompts — what your people already use AI for, and on whose account.
  • Workflows and automations — what someone built that only they use.
  • Handoffs — where work passes from one person or system to the next, and who holds it together.
  • The rules — what never goes into an AI tool, and who checks an answer before a customer sees it.

We map the work, never grade the people

Nobody gets a score. What we write down is by team or role, never by name.

The only time a person is named is credit, for the thing they figured out, and only with their permission. That's why people show us how they really work.

What you have at the end of each round

  • An inventory of what already works in your business, and who it came from.
  • Your best practices, written down and owned by the business: up to two, three or four, by team size.
  • One session on site, teaching them to everyone, on your own work. Two groups at 16 to 25 people.
  • A champion on your team, named by you.
  • The second look and a 30-minute review: what moved, and what's next.

Add to this

AI Rules & Inventory — $1,750 or $3,250 by team size. Which AI tools are in use and on whose account, the rules that fit your business, and who checks an answer before a customer sees it.

Questions

When do we pay?

A deposit to start, and the rest on delivery of the milestones and deliverables we agree with you before we begin.

How long is a round?

Six weeks, start to finish.

Do we have to sign up for a year?

No. Every round ends with a decision: another round, or stop.

Will you rate my staff?

No. We map the work by team or role. People are named only for credit, with their permission.

What if nobody has figured anything out yet?

Then we say so, and the round starts from the closest thing you have.

We already did the Check-Up. What changes?

The Check-Up tells you where AI would help. A round finds what your people already do well, multiplies it across the team, and measures that it spread.

Can you come to us?

Yes, anywhere in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco or Hernando. Further away, we work live online.

What happens to what we tell you?

It stays with us and is used only for your rounds. Please don't share client, patient or legal records — we won't need them. On anything touching client or patient information, your attorney or privacy officer makes the call.

Do you build things too?

When a fix needs building, we quote it separately before anything starts, and hand it over when it's done.

We have more than 25 people. Can we still do this?

Yes. Tell us roughly how many, and we'll quote it before anything starts.
