What happens to what you send?
Only the generalized case is ever public. Your name, your company and your details stay with us. Please don't send client files, patient records or legal documents; we can't take those.
When do we pay?
Once we've said we can take it, by the link in our reply.
What if you can't take it?
We tell you why, and where to start instead. Often that's a working hour.
